Fitnest

Metoda Fitnest is a cross-platform fitness platform I led as Head of Software Engineering — native apps for trainers and their clients, plus a web dashboard for trainer management and client oversight.

I built the backend on FastAPI and Firebase, integrated Stripe for billing and Expo Notifications for push, and owned the end-to-end architecture across client, server and web — shipped to both the App Store and Google Play.
